We cannot guarantee a hard standing or grass pitch during peak times, but all our pitches are well drained and kept to the highest standard.

6 XL Eggs (not currently free range due to the bird flu situation)

1 jar of homemade jam or marmalade
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is taking on making a booking. If you need to make changes to your booking, you can do free of charge if you give us more than 7 days notice. No changes can be made within 7 days. For cancellations with more than 7 days notice we can refund you 80% of your payment, within 7 days 50%
NOISE
Quiet time is between 10.30 pm and 7.30 am, please consider others, keep noise, music, animals, children, etc to a minimum. No vehicle movement after this time – unless in an emergency – if using a taxi, please get dropped off at the front of the site to avoid disruption.
DRIVING
The speed limit is STRICTLY 5MPH as soon as you turn off the main road and around the site. In addition to having children on the site, there are free-range cats, and goats wandering around so please be extra vigilant, especially when driving along the side of the shop where customers often come out of the feed barn.
SMOKING & LITTER
No smoking is allowed in the buildings and toilets. If you are a smoker, please do not discard your cigarette butts on the ground. Please use the bins provided for all general domestic litter. You are not allowed to use these bins for any old camping or electrical equipment. There is a local tip around 2 miles away for this, please ask a member of staff for directions.
DOGS
Dogs are welcome, a maximum of 2 per unit. All dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times when on the site. Even though your dog may be obedient, there are times when you will not be aware of where your dog is fouling. Please clear up after your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the toilets or shower facilities, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the café and shop. We do not have a specific dog walking field on-site, however, there are many local dog-walking routes, please just ask. We do not allow dogs on the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991
WASTE
Wipes, nappies, and sanitary products must not be flushed down the toilet, please wrap and place in the bins provided. Do not empty your waste down the toilet, the Elsan point or CDP is to be used for all chemical toilet waste, the grey water disposal point are both situated in the wooden shed.
WIFI
Wifi is an automatic connection, it should appear as ‘Happy Campers’. You will need to complete registration then create your password to gain access.
BALL GAMES
Please be aware that there is not a designated area for ball games and no ball games are allowed on the site. There are several parks in Pocklington, the closest being a 10-minute walk away, please just ask for directions.
WATER
Please do not use this opportunity for washing your caravan or car or filling large padding pools without prior consent.
GROUPS
We do not allow group bookings, even if you book individually then appear to be a group on arrival you will be asked to leave.
COVID GUIDELINES
During this present time, there are strictly no guests or visitors allowed on the campsite during your stay. Currently, each guest needs to scan our QR code or fill in the form you will receive on arrival.
BBQ’s & FIREPITS
Please use the BBQ disposal point which is located at the bottom of the ramp to the shower block for charcoal and disposable BBQ's. Sorry no Fire Pits are allowed onsite, our insurance doesn't cover them
CCTV
Please be aware that the site has CCTV situated at the entrance, at the bins, and on the site itself.
The owners are absolved of all liability for accidents to caravans, or motorhomes, guests, and from responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. The owners reserve the right to ask any persons not observing these conditions, or creating a nuisance to leave the site.

Our caravan site is only 1/2 a mile from the historic town of Pocklington, a market town situated 12 miles east of York and just 20 miles from the seaside towns of Bridlington and Scarborough.
All visitors must report to the Farm Shop if arriving between 9am-4pm Mon to Sat or 9.30am-12.30pm on Sunday. Our entrance is clearly marked with signs so please do not disturb our neighbours and remember the speed limit is 5mph all over the site.
